Increased transport capacity for the Grand Plan detachable chairlift with 14 additional new seats, bringing the passenger capacity up to 2000 people / hour.
The Télésiège de Grand Plan, (the first lift), has four-seater chairs, but there will be additional chairs added to increase the capacity for next season. Since it was built, this lift has been operating within its capacity as it has been matched to the ongoing capacity of the second lift above it.
Replacement of the Arpettaz chairlift with a new 6-seater detachable chairlift which provide a transport capacity of 3000 people / hour. The cable will be able to run up to 5.5 m/s, or nearly 20 km/h. There will be 44 chairs on the new lift.
